From November 17, 2025, to November 17, 2030, Armenia will exempt certain Chinese goods from import customs duties, according to a newly adopted government decision.
Under Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) regulations, Armenia is granted an annual quota of 250 tons for duty-free imports of pigments and preparations originating in China that contain titanium dioxide with a dry substance mass of 80% or more.
The decision ensures the implementation of the EAEU Collegium’s ruling from October 14, 2025.
