A meeting between Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan and the United States Secretary Marco Rubio is scheduled to take place in Washington on January 13, the U.S. State Department website reports.
The bilateral meeting of Mirzoyan and Rubio is set for 12:00 p.m. Washington time (9:00 p.m. Yerevan time).
U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Allison Hooker and Senior Bureau Official Brendan Hanrahan will also participate in the meeting.
The Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not announced this upcoming meeting.
On January 9, Ararat Mirzoyan held a meeting in Armenia with U.S. Ambassador Kristina Kvien on the occasion of the completion of her diplomatic mission.
