The State Revenue Committee (SRC) has announced that 636 importers of electric vehicles (EVs) with electric engines are eligible to reclaim the customs duties they paid in 2025, provided they submit a proper application before January 31, 2026.
SRC has published the full list of eligible vehicles. To claim the refund, only the original declarant may submit an application, which must include their bank account information and be sent electronically to the SRC.
SRC clarified that if not all 636 declarants apply by the deadline, the Committee will release a second list after February 1, replacing unclaimed entries with new vehicles in chronological order of import.
Importers are strongly advised to check if their vehicle is on the published list and submit the required documents before the deadline to secure the refund.
