Georgia’s Department of Motor Roads has announced that traffic is currently suspended for all vehicles at the Paravani Pass—a road segment that connects to Armenia.
According to the department’s published update, the restriction applies to the 94–110 km section of the Koda–Partskisi–Manglisi–Tsalka–Ninotsminda road due to a blizzard and limited visibility.
It was also noted that the road to the Upper Lars border crossing is closed as well due to similar severe weather conditions.
