Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia Arman Sargsyan met with the delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Armenia, headed by Country Representative Daphne Marrer. The meeting focused on the implementation of the 2025–2026 joint action plan between the Ministry of Defense and the ICRC delegation in Armenia.
Daphne Marrer presented the ongoing programs and initiatives, commending both their execution and the outcomes of existing cooperation.
Arman Sargsyan, in turn, noted that the planned activities are proceeding as intended and emphasized the importance of the continuous and constructive partnership formed with the ICRC. He also expressed readiness to consider and support new initiatives moving forward.
