Award recipients are selected exclusively on the basis of independent and direct passenger feedback collected through standardized surveys.
The Customer Experience Awards are regarded as one of the world’s most prestigious distinctions in assessing service quality and overall passenger experience, presented by the international organization Airports Council International World.
