Nine flights from Armenia to the same destinations have also been canceled.
Specifically, three flights from Yerevan to Doha, two to Dubai, two to Sharjah, one to Abu Dhabi, and one to Tehran were not carried out.
On February 28, Israel and the U.S. carried out airstrikes against Iran, killing Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Iran responded by launching attacks toward Israel and Gulf countries hosting U.S. military bases.
