Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan said farm households and small-scale farmers will be able to benefit from zero-interest loans, though he did not specify when the measure will take effect.
However, he did not clarify when this will be implemented.
“You know what one of the most sought-after products is for Armenia’s farm households? In my meetings, the most in-demand product that our citizens have wanted is loans at 0 percent — zero-interest loans. You say we are delivering. Soon, Armenia’s farm households and small farmers will be able to receive loans at 0 percent,” he said in the video.
