The Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin will continue to provide support and care to Armenians who were injured while defending the homeland, Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II said.
He made the remarks during a meeting with Artashes Amiryan, who acquired a disability during the First Nagorno-Karabakh War.
With the support of the Catholicos, Amiryan had traveled to India to receive medical treatment and prosthetic care.
During the meeting, Amiryan expressed gratitude for the assistance, providing details about his treatment and care conditions in India.
Karekin II offered his blessing to Amiryan and expressed satisfaction that the medical care would improve his quality of life.
