Hayakve national civic initiative and the Wings of Unity political movement are ending their cooperation, according to a statement by the Hayakve council.
“On February 27, the Wings of Unity political initiative and the Hayakve national civic initiative signed a memorandum of cooperation, confirming their readiness to act as a united front in the nationwide elections scheduled for June 7.
During the past period, extensive work was carried out by the governing bodies and members of both organizations to develop a unified political program and form a new political pole. At the same time, we have not yet managed to reach a common position on a number of key programmatic issues; therefore, we have decided to conclude our joint work in this format at the current stage.
We thank all members and supporters of both organizations for their trust and cooperation, and wish each other success in the struggle for the security and prosperity of our homeland,” the statement said.
Parliamentary elections in Armenia are scheduled for June 7, 2026.
