Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation on April 16 with Romania’s Foreign Minister Oana-Silvia Toiu, discussing participation in high-level events scheduled in Yerevan in early May.
During the call, the sides reviewed initiatives aimed at deepening Armenia–EU partnership, highlighting mutual readiness to advance cooperation across various sectors.
They also stressed the importance of continuing efforts to develop the bilateral agenda.
Mirzoyan and Toiu exchanged views on regional developments, emphasizing interest in implementing economic and transport connectivity projects and their potential benefits.
Major events are scheduled in Armenia on May 3–5, including the 8th European Political Community summit, the Armenia–EU summit, and the Yerevan Dialogue initiative, with participation of numerous foreign delegations.
