Pashinyan expects Zelensky in Armenia

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said he expects Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to visit Armenia.

“I expect all members of the European Political Community, yes, including the president of Ukraine,” Pashinyan said during a briefing, Aysor.am reports.

The 8th summit of the European Political Community will take place in Yerevan on May 4–5.

The EPC summit on May 4 will be followed by the first Armenia–European Union summit on May 5. Around 50 high-level delegations are expected to arrive in Armenia, including António Costa and Ursula von der Leyen.

A few days earlier, Zelensky visited Azerbaijan, where in Gabala he agreed with the Azerbaijani president to cooperate in the defense industry and proposed holding Russia–Ukraine negotiations in Azerbaijan.
